Key responsibilities: (including but not limited to)  

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Filling and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents
• Prepare periodical accounting reports and financial statements
• Handle full set of payroll, MPF, employee attendance and leave record
• Handle petty cash & expenses checking; process employee expenses claims
• Liaise with customers for overdue payment reminder and payment collection
• Handle administrative work including procurement of office supplies, stationery ordering and maintenance of equipment, office renovation, etc.
• Perform ad hoc duties in the run up to and during auction periods

Required skills:   

• Tertiary education or above with LCCI Level 3 is a must
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in accounting, especially in handling full set of accounts
• Commercial sense and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MYOB and MS Office applications
• Fluentinbothverbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Organized, responsible and self-motivated with strong attention to details, communication skillsandabilitytohandletasksindependently
• Working experience in auction house will be an advantage
• Immediate available preferred 

Working Hours: 

• Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm 

Working Location: 

• Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
