Responsibilities

• Report to Director and supervising the HK accounting team and oversee the PRC accounting team.
• Oversee the inventory management.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flows and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure tax reporting is accurate and timely submitted to tax authorities.
• Liaise with auditors.
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are in place.
• Prepare financial and management reports.
• Prepare schedules and financial analysis and perform ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or finance related discipline or above, CPA is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience in manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledgeinHong Kong and PRC accounting standards and tax legislations.
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Occasionally travel to PRC is required.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
