Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire operation of finance and accounting function and the maintenance of full set of accounts
• Prepare consolidated financial statements; financial analysis and management reports including budgets and forecasts
• Manage cash flows, working capital, funding and tax filings
• Assist in the Company’s IPO project; ensure compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for ensuring the company secretarial practices of the Company and its related companies are conducted in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, legal and tax advisers
• Support investment in new projects and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder, or above, in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience preferably with reputable financial institutions, private equity investment firms, listed companies or leading audit firms
• IPO experience gained in audit firms or commercial companies is preferred
• Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards and US GAAPs
• Company secretarial experience is a must.
• Responsible, analytical, team work oriented, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Strong Excel skills and proficient knowledge in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Accounting system
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putong Hua
• Immediately available is preferred
