Our client, a large trading company is now looking for the highly motivated professional to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Establish a system of accounting policies and procedures that meet the HK Exchange listing requirements
• Prepare the company to be listed in the Hong Kong Exchange 
• Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
• Oversee subsidiary corporations in China and South Africa, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, policies and procedures
• Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
• Handle due diligence
• Occasional Travel is required

Requirements

• Solid experienced in HK listed company
• Sound knowledge in the HK Exchange listing rules
• Ability to communicate in basic Putonghua
• Preference will be given to candidates with the HKICPA, CPA or ACCA designations
