Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out business and asset valuation exercises for capital markets (M&A, IPO), accounting and investment purposes
- Modeling, market research, due diligence and report writing
- Liaison with professional parties to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- University graduates with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in reputable appraisal or advisory firm
- Solid modeling skill (i.e. DCF, CAPM)
- Research skills and ability to analyze financial statements and financial projection
- Solid report-writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Basic knowledge of Bloomberg terminal
- Traveling for site visits and meetings required
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- CFA and/or CPA or relevant professional qualification advantageous
