Description

The “Manager – Financial Systems and Reporting” will lead a team of internal or external system analysts and programmers, to design, document, configure and customize business solutions. The key responsibility is to ensure all business application systems, including ERP and MRP, can function as a whole and can successfully accomplish business objectives. The “Manager – Financial Systems and Reporting” will also design and develop tools to efficiently and effectively make use of the data collected in business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, customization and operations of business solutions within ERP/MRP system
• Supervise the subordinates to ensure the ERP project on time, with quality and within budget and resources
• Liaise with internal users to deliver all Projects and Change requirements
• Review and implement proper internal procedures and controls to ensure that financial transactions, financial accounts and management reports can be developed efficiently
• Develop tools for efficient reporting and analysis
• Act as a bridge between top management, internal users, IT and external consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Finance/Accounting, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in ERP project implementation with 3 - 5 years in supervision position;
• Project experience in Property / Retail / Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Familiar with the principles of accounting and internal control
• Knowledge in BI and ETL tools
• Must be very detail and task orientated with analytical proficiency
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• PMP certified is ideal
