Job Overview

• This position is based in Hong Kong and report to Finance Manager – Southeast Asia Region.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work very closely with Finance team in Headquarters as well as other regions’ Finance teams
• Responsible for day-to-day in-house finance and accounting activities in Hong Kong regional office
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers in Southeast Asia region
• Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Education and Experience requirements

• F.7 with LCCI - III level or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Immediately available or experienced in Kingdee accounting software will be preferred

• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to tasks & time
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Must have good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word, Chinese Typing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer

We offer 5.5 days work and bank holidays with year end double pay
