Job Description
A world-renowned international Insurance company, a leader within their field is looking for an AVP, Assistant Finance Manager with 5-8 years of experience.
You will have the opportunity to perform financial and regulatory reporting to both senior management and external stakeholders, provide comprehensive financial analysis and business commentary, and provide support the financial planning and analysis team.
Job Responsibility
- Preparation of quarterly statutory reporting, such as HK General Business Insurance Business return, Life Business Insurance Business return etc.
- Preparation of quarterly US GAAP review pack
- Perform key tasks in monthly closing and review accounting of transactions
- Preparation of quarterly tax report for Group Tax team
- Assist in reviewing control procedures in relevant areas
Skill Set
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.)
- At least 4 years of audit experience with further insurance industry experience
- Some experience in statutory reporting
