Job Responsibility

• Prepare and consolidate month end / forecast / budget data
• Responsible for the development of month end, forecast and budget variance analysis
• Interact with the business teams on actuals, forecast, budget and business metrics for data consolidation / analysis
• Engage and work with business leaders; facilitate meetings, drive discussions to build consensus around analyses and projections
• Prepare monthly management reporting pack to the HK leadership team, and regional team
• Analyse business performance, identify drivers of variances against plan, py, forecast

Skill Set 

• Hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.)
• Previous experience of financial planning and analysis 
• Work experience within the Insurance sector
• Proficiency in Excel. Experience in financial software packages including Hyperion, Essbase and Oracle
