A global retail brand is actively hiring an self-motivated and energetic Head of Finance & IT to join their well established team and contribute to the growth of the company.

Major responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall P&L and facilitate business strategy by analyzing KPIs and actual VS forecast plans
• Lead a team to manage the company’s FP&A, budgeting plan, taxation and full spectrum of finance & accounting in Greater China.
• Conduct treasury and annual audit process across the regions
• Review the existing sales process, performance and pricing structure for new products to strengthen the business model
• Supervise IT team to ensure operations of retail systems and daily operations
• Advise on legal and commercial matters which are align with company policy
• Work closely with HR department to ensure productive manpower training
• Work closely with com sec department to ensure statutory compliance

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related fields and be a qualified Accountant.
• At least 10 years relevant experience in which 5 years in a leading position fm retail or MNC, with previous auditing background gained fm big 4 preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems and able to lead IT team
• Strong data analytical capability is a must, able to define problems and solutions
• Proactive with a high sense of responsibility and organization
• Excellent communications skills with internal and external with good leadership
• Good command of written and oral Chinese and English- able to communicate with HQ in Europe and colleagues in PRC
