Yes Master! is an app-based virtual concierge which aims to provide all-rounded personal and household needs for Hong Kong residents. It comprises of value-added services like community services, marketplace, resident bulletin and social networking. Yes Master! commits to create an online platform connecting property managers, Incorporated Owners, service providers and merchants to serve every resident in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting duties
• Perform data entry & regular data updates with excellent accuracy
• Deal with merchants and vendors regularly, perform reconciliations and prepare invoices
• Handle any finance related tasks to be assigned by supervisor from time to time
• Ad hoc projects as assigned as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Experience in accounting and book keeping duties
• At least 2-3 years relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in PC knowledge e.g. MYOB, MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good communication skill in both written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Immediately available is preferred
