Finance & Accounting Department

Report to: Regional Finance & Accounting Manager, Asia Pacific
                                                              
Job Description:

• To participate in the key functions performed by Accounts Payable and Corporate Accounting / Reporting, etc.
• To ensure accounting of both liner costs and administration costs are within rules, principles and procedures set by the head office
• To input daily bank transactions in the system against daily bank statement
• To perform bank and inter-company balances reconciliation
• To assist the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecast
• To monitor fixed assets list and assist in the preparation of the year end audit
• To assist in any ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Good command of written & spoken in English and Mandarin
• Good Accounting knowledge       
• Good Excel and analytical skills
• Good communication skills with other departments and vendors
• Tertiary education or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in accounting function. Shipping or logistics industry preferably
