Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Daily accounting duties including data entry, receipt and payment processing;
• Assist month-end closing and prepare monthly reports including monthly financial statements, cash flow statements and tax computation;
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing efficient financial procedures;
• Preparing Statutory Financial Statements;
• Provide general clerical support on routine accounting matters;
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• At least 5 years relevant experience gained in related role.
• Has a hands-on mentality and is able to work independently.
• Strong business sense and problem solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Familiar with Chinese financial terms is a plus.
