Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for handling financial accounting matters which include A/P, A/R, monthly end closing, account analysis and preparing reports. He or she will also assists in other ad hoc projects assigned by the manager.

Principal Accountabilities:

-          Perform routine accounting functions including A/P, A/R, data entry, invoice verification and preparation of vouchers;

-          Update and maintain the account database;

-          Month-end account and intercompany reconciliations;

-          Issue debit/credit notes;

-          Provide support for statutory audit and tax compliance;

-          Provide administrative support to department;

-          Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-          University student studying in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or related discipline;

-          Good knowledge in elementary accounting principles;

-          Proficient in MS office applications;

-          Experience in accounting software will be an advantage;

-          Good team player with positive attitude and willing to learn with enthusiasm

-          Good communication and interpersonal skills;

-          Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese

-          Part-time intern is required to work 2 full-days per week
