Job Description

- Prepare monthly financial and management analysis reports, operational expenses against prior year and budget.

- Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement and KPI’s. 

- Prepare annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts. Handle internal control and ensure financial policies and procedures are properly adhered.

- Handle statutory audits (internal and external) and Hong Kong tax filing. 

- Providing advice to senior management of entities/operating companies in Hong Kong and PRC.

Job Requirements

- CPA holder, with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, PRC accounting experience is necessary.

- Experience in strategic planning, cash flow management is preferable.

- Computer literate with solid experience in accounting system.

- Work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude.

- Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.

- Excellent interpersonal skill with good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
