Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting responsibilities including AR, AP, bank reconciliations, payment vouchers, receipts and journal entries
• Perform daily accounting transactions, including data input in accounting system
• Assist to prepare weekly, monthly and year-end accounting reports
• Liaise with factories, suppliers and customers for invoice settlement issues
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Form 5/DSE or above; Diploma in Accounting with LCC Intermediate Level
• 1-2 year working experience in accounting, AR and AP is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Short notice period or immediate availability is much preferred
