Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general cashiering and assist on other general accounting functions
• Prepare financial report, analysis and cash flow management
• Follow up with in-house staff reimbursement claim
• Assistant on all bank related matters 
• Assist in preparing accounting schedules and bank reconciliations
• Co-ordinate with external auditors in audit working
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to handle regular and ad-hoc assignments, analysis and reporting as required

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience,experience in real estate would be added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure , detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
