Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure accurate posting of entries from the merchandising system to the financial system
• Ensure accuracy of sales and stock records, facilitate effective and efficient operation of inventory control and sales audit
• Process payments or inventory adjustment
• Prepare reconciliation of accounts and schedules
• Ensure compliance of policy and procedures for the sales and inventory cycles, identify and follow up exceptions

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Knowledge of Oracle and inventory control is highly preferable
• A Chartered Accountant would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with key stakeholders
• Strong team player to support other team members
