Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full set of books, entire timely accounting closing and management reporting
  • Carry out routine accounting duties including AR and AP, etc.
  • Prepare inter-company transactions and journal entries
  • Prepare weekly cash flow, forecast and annual budgets
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidation, variance analysis and supporting schedules
  • Month end projected inventory checking
  • Supervise and assign work to subordinates
  • Maintain effective communication with counter parties
  • Ad-hoc project

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years solid accounting experience in AR, AP, GL and financial reporting
  • Audit experience is preferable
  • Sound knowledge of international and US accounting practices
  • Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiatives at work
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude
  • Excellent Skills in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
