Responsibilities:

• Handle Account Payable (AP) Trade payment, payment processing and liaise with factories/forwarders/banks if there is any issue with the payment
• Verify the supporting documents and issue debit notes to customers
• Assist in monthly accrual and adjustment journal entries
• Prepare Daily Cash Flow reconciliation for management review and assist in daily cash flow forecast report
• Prepare monthly analytical financial statements and reports and balance sheet reconciliation and aging analysis
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, forecasting and budgeting
• Prepare other ad hoc financial related projects
• Support on process re-engineering system enhancement on Accounting System

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher / Diploma or above in Accounting / Associate Degree holder in Accounting
• 3 years of relevant experience in trading company
• Proficient in MS Office, previous exposure in Oracle is preferred
• Persistent, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with team spirit
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate available will be a plus
