Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations independently
• Handle expenses claims and maintain petty cash
• Prepare bank payment, issue cheque ;
• Handle bank reconciliation
• Responsible for intercompany transactions
• Report to Administration Manager
• General office administration
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required
• Ensure office records are kept and an efficient filing system is in place and up to date;
• Administrative work such as settlement of incoming funds for billings

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, hardworking
• Knowledge of MYOB  is preferred
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
