Job Description
Responsibilities
- To analyze companies performance
- To handle capital calls and distributions from PE funds and to prepare a Monthly Summary Report.
- To review financials of JCK China’s foreign clients and also to travel to China for 3 days a month
- Assist in budget & forecast and audit & tax issues
- Perform ad hoc projects / assignments as required
Requirements:
- Qualified CPA or equivalent;
- CPA firm’s experience required;
- Knowledge in PRC Tax & HK Tax preferable.
- Good Excel Skill ;
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Analytical thinking skis ;
- Immediately Available is highly preferable
