You will play a key role in the growth of gaming revenue by working with senior management and other key stakeholders in supporting the VIP sales, mass sales and outbound sales teams. Act as a business advisor to Senior Management on evaluating business decisions and the strategic planning of the Casino Division.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for preparing financial analysis, budget and forecast for the department as well as regular reporting to management on departmental P&L
• Lead the effort to set and monitor overall sales targets and incentive scheme for the VIP Business Development (‘BD’), mass BD and outbound sales teams via CRM
• Drive operational efficiencies in order to allow the Sales Teams to maximise their selling potential
• Provide business insights to the Heads of the sales teams with revenue, product and channel analysis
• Design and implement marketing programs/promotions for customers and evaluate the financial impact and effectiveness
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management
• Other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 6 years of working experience.
• Individuals with finance/ analysis/ consulting background are preferred
• Analytical, detail-orientated and has intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially to senior management
• Strong project management skills and can influence stakeholders within the organization
• Strong excel skills. Knowledge of database system and CRM is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin and written Chinese is preferred
