Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Technical Manager to manage the daily operations of the maintenance team
- Enhance the service standard for the property portfolio
- Proposing and monitoring the improvement plans for exiting M/E plants and building facilities
- Prepare and control aunnual budget
- Responsible for hand over of the new developments and liaise with relevant parties
Requirements:
- Degreee / Diploma in Building Services / Building Surveying / Construction or related disciplines
- At least 6 years of technical experience in property maintenance works, renovation and A&A works gained in property management companies
- Able to lead a technical team
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
