• Degree in Accounting and qualified ACCA/HKICPA/ACMA
• Over 3 years audit experience in Big Four, including listed group consolidation exposure
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in budgetary control and consolidation of China property and commercial market
• Independent, willing to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office Application and accounting software
• Fluency in Putonghua is required
• Occasional travel to China is required
