Duties:

• Responsible to prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
• Responsible for consolidation adjustments.
• Perform budgetary control and analysis on key financial data
• Credit control and prepare financial statements 
• Work closely with plant accounting managers to resolve, research and reconcile all discrepancies
• Auditing and verifying documents
• Following internal control of Plant operations
• Conduct financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis
• Handle special projects / ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Experience & Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant, Degree holder in accounting, or business related disciplines;
• Handle full set of accounting, more than 5 years' relevant experience in handling consolidated accounts, intra-companies accounts
• At least 7 years experience in manufacturing sector and 3 years in a managerial level
• Familiar with accounting rules and taxation policies in PRC
• Good knowledge in China custom import/ export declaration
• Strong in Excel and accounting software, preferable in U-8
• Familiar with ERP system
• Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions of Manager of Financial Reporting
• Able to meet tight reporting schedule and work under pressure
• Ability to function as a team player
• Self initiative and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written English and spoken Mandarin;
• Willing to travel to China as required

(Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Finance Manager)
