Job Description

The Job:
  • Act as an all-rounded HR generalist and provide full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll and MPF preparation, monitor and update HR system, monitor staff attendance and leave records, prepare and review HR statistics and reports, organising staff and company activities, etc.
  • Review, formulate and implement human resources procedures and policies to ensure the alignment with Company strategies and legal requirements
  • Coordinate employee relations activities, performance appraisal, salary review etc.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
  • Provide support to any ad hoc assignment as required

The requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Min. 1-2 years’ HR experience in sizeable organization
  • Knowledge in talent management, proficiency in MS Office application including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Well versed in Hong Kong and PRC Employment Ordinance & HR related regulations / ordinances
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, well-organized, good in numerical and analytical skills, able to perform multi-tasks, dynamics, initiative, detail-minded & result oriented
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin preferable)
  • Immediate available is a MUST
