Responsibilities:

• Ÿ Handle A/R, A/P or full set of account
• Ÿ Manage all daily finance and accounting functions for the company
• Ÿ Prepare monthly payroll calculation
• Ÿ Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries
• Ÿ Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ÿ F.5 or up
• Ÿ 3 years or above accounting experience in freight forwarding environment
• Ÿ LCCI Intermediate certificate or equivalent
• Ÿ Can communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ÿ Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel & Word
