Job Duties:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handle daily operation duties in Accounts Payable & Receivables
• To perform timely and accurate monthly financial reporting
• Liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or Finance Discipline 
• Min. 2 years relevant working experience (experience in property management industry is an advantage)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proactive, organized and independent problem-solver
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Experienced user of MS office and accounting software - MYOB
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
