Job Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in both Hong Kong and China to perform day-to-day accounting duties
• Responsible for preparing forecast, consolidation and reporting
• Responsible to prepare financial analyses and report
• Participate in system improvement and internal control
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
• Maintain integrity in company data and system
• Liaise with group departments and business units with initiative development and execution.
• Perform ad hoc assignments such as due diligence, M & A deals and corporate exercises

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, accounting or related discipline

  Qualified member of HKICPA/ ACCA or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years accounting experience in which 2 years gained from accounting firm is preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting, tax and statutory reporting requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English and,  Chinese and Putonghua
