Responsibilities:

• Lead / Conduct audit assignments/control assessments involving Information Technology (IT) infrastructure (such as operating systems, enterprise software, server/data centre, network and internet) controls to ascertain control effectiveness and provide recommendations for areas of improvements
• Conduct project reviews of critical IT development programmes to ascertain adequacy of project and change management processes for effective implementation
• Track and follow up open audit/regulatory issues related to IT to ascertain that they are timely and satisfactorily rectified
• Assist in managing audit relationship with IT units to assess the associated risks
• Assist in development of IT Audit staff.
• Assist in driving digitalization and Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) development in Internal Audit

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT related disciplines
• IT Audit qualifications such as CISA, CISM or CISSP
• 8 years' experience in internal/external audit especially in IT infrastructure related areas
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, particularly network and Internet security controls
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security related regulatory requirements and best practices (e.g. C-RAF, COBIT, NIST, and CSC-20)
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good report writing skills in Chinese and English
• Experience of managing CAATs development
• Candidate with less experience will be considered at Assistant Manager level
