Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivable transactions;
• Assist in month end closing and handling daily accounting tasks;
• Responsible to maintain the Accounts Receivable records, issue monthly statement to service subscribers and follow up on past-due payments
• Monthly reconciliation with Customer statements

Requirements:

• LCCI, Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
• Immediate available is preferable
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table & V look up)
• Fresh accounting graduate are also welcomed.
• Responsible and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of peachtree accounting system / flex system is an advantage
