Responsibilities:

• Assist Accounting Manager to hand full sets of account and month/year end closing for Type 1, 2, 4, 5, 9 licensed brokerage business
• Assist Accounting Manager to prepare daily and monthly FRR returns
• Assist Accounting Manager to handle annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report
• Assist in performing payroll, staff allowances, expenses as required
• Support and ensure the completion of annual financial audit
• Liaise with internal / external parties on accounting and finance matters
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Fresh graduate are welcome also 
• Familiar with accounting system software, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong problem solving skills with good interpersonal and communication skill
• Ability to work under pressure and prepare reports with high quality within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
