BASIC FUNCTION:

To provide a full spectrum of finance and administrative function support to the finance manager and senior executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine accounting such as bookkeeping and accounting data entry.
• Responsible for daily accounting operation including accounts payable & receivable.
• Provide administrative support to the senior executives including, but not limited to, expense reporting, travel arrangements, local transportation management, meeting set-up, calendar management, etc.
• Handle office administrative issues including, but not limited to office supplies replenishment, visa applications, courier services, event management, travel arrangement etc.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS office applications including MS Excel, MS Word
• Well organized, good communication skills and able to work independently on tight schedules
• Immediately available is highly preferred
