Job Description
Responsibilities
Human Resources Part:
- Provide HR advices and services in recruitment exercise.
- Coordinate job fair and recruitment talks, sponsorship/scholarship and industrial attachment.
- Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives.
- Prepare various HR regular reports.
Finance Part:
- Responsible for full set of bookeeping
- Handle month end closing and reporting and budgeting
- Prepare schedule for the year-end audit and quarterly reviews
- Complete special projects for management as necessary
Others:
- Report to Chief Finance and Operation Officer
- Perform HR and Finance ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- 5 years related auditing/accounting experience
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Officer role
- Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and computerized accounting environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Detail-minded, well-organized and work independently
