Our Client, an Asset Management platform is urgently looking a Chief Financial Officer overseeing the Hong Kong and other Asia regions. This is a highly challenging role with full responsibilities of daily accounting functions and work with regulatory bodies when necessary. This position will be reporting to the CEO and managing a small accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily accounting functions, including financial and management reporting, consolidation, accounting compliance and cash flow management
• Implement internal control policies and procedures, as well as streamline work flow process
• Handle and Liaise with both internal and external auditors
• Coordinate with SFC and HKMA if needed
• Support ad hoc projects when necessary

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification, CPA or equivalent is a MUST
• 10-15 years relevant experience gained from both Big 4 and commercial field; from Banking and Finance industry are preferred
• Candidates who have worked in Asset Management industry and have previous working experience with SFC is required
• Strong leadership and with hands on experience in all accounting functions
• Meticulous and attention to details are necessary
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin and Cantonese
