Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist to oversee the bank accounts of the Group and its subsidiaries worldwide.
• Track changes in bank accounts ensuring all account information is current and accurate.
• Provide guidance to overseas subsidiaries on the procedures and documentary requirements for bank account opening, closing, updating as well as account rationalization, authorization and pooling.
• Facilitate communication between overseas banks and subsidiaries to proceed the authorization and cash concentration work.
• Perform the daily settlement instructions and deliver payment instructions.
• Carry out company’s account opening, maintenance and online banking administrative work with local and overseas banks.
• Prepare statistics and analysis for offshore bank accounts as well as departmental reports and other documents.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in finance, management or related discipline from a top-tier university*.
• Qualifications in accounting, banking or securities (such as CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
• Sound Grasp of basic financial and accounting knowledge, and a good understanding of financial working standards.
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

* A top-tier university refers to an institution in the top 5 in HK, top 10 in China, top 50 in the U.S., top 10 in a host country, or top 100 in the world.
