Responsibilities:

• Take part in consolidation works for group accounts, preparation of annual and interim reports, announcements
• Handle tax compliance
• Monitor accounting function of certain group companies
• Review and discuss monthly financial statements with senior management
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, banks etc.
• Monitor company secretarial duties for listed and private companies
• Handle ad hoc projects as when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Qualified Accountant and memberof HKICPA, ACCA
• At least 8 years relevant experience including management experience gained from Big 4 / listed / sizable organization preferred
• Strong technical, familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards, tax regulations and listing rules
• Well-organized, proactive and clear sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
