Job Description

~ To handle Full set of Accounting

~ To Maintain AP & AR Reports

~ To handle monthly reports e.g. Cash Flow, AP & AR Aging and Bank Reconciliation

~ To arrange Cheque & Cash Receipt

~ Coordinate accounting issue with PRC office

~ Preparing and reviewing various financial reposts and related schedules

~ Liaise with external auditors and bankers

~ Responsible for payrolls in China & in HK, China AR/ AP, cash ledger.

~ Prepare monthly VAT calculation and export tax refund calculation.

Requirement

~ Form 5 with LCC intermediate or above

~ At least 2-3 years’ accounting experience, preferably gained from manufacturing industry

~ Good in spoken and written English and Chinese

~ MSW, Excel prefer with Accounting Software

~ Willing to work over-time & under pressure

~ Willing to work in Shenzhen
