Finance & Accounting – Area South China

Report to : Finance & Accounting Manager, Area South China  

Job Description:

• Prepare weekly statement to credit client & feeder companies.
• Monitor local credit / non-credit client and push for early settlement.
• Perform Debion input for A/R settlement.
• Follow up the long outstanding shipments.
• Liaise with related departments in case of discrepancies between invoice amount and receipt amount.
• Arrange refund requests from ASC COM team.
• Assist year-end closing tasks and ad-hoc projects.
• To maintain the best A/R performance for ASC
• To keep low DSO for ASC
• To keep over 60 days outstanding less than 2% against total outstanding
• To keep credit accounts outstanding within credit terms

Qualifications:

• Advanced accounting knowledge (Diploma in Accounting)
• Good shipping knowledge
• 2 years working experience
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and written in English, fluent oral Mandarin and Cantonese
• Responsible, able to work fully independently and under pressure
