Job Responsibilities:

• MAINLY FOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, Experiences for handle full set of accounts and analysis independently.
• Handle accounts receivables daily operations.
• Follow up with clients on overdue invoices actively and prepare weekly statement.
• Provide general office administrative support.
• To prepare accounts schedule, daily reports for monthly analysis and cheque preparation.
  
  

 Job Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accounting or above
• Minimum 5 years Accounting working experience with Trading/Manufacturing firm
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin
• Good relationship with external and internal customers
• Independent, responsible, details oriented, a good team member.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is preferred
• We offer 5 days work and public holiday
