Job title: Senior Account Manager

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and improve the company’s financial management and internal control system, according to the company’s management and internal control requirements;

2. Responsible for company’s financial accounting and budget management;

3. Responsible for company's capital operation planning, monitoring and management;

4. Provide financial analysis and decision making basis for company’s significant operation events, business development, foreign investment and other items;

5. Understand the company development status and needs and responsible for the tax affairs preparation;

6. Familiar with relevant financial policy in Hong Kong and the United States, and feedback to the general manager and related departments in time;

7. Manage daily work of the financial department.

    

    

   Requirements:

1. Education background:

   1. international well-known universities’ MS degree in Economics, Auditing, Investing, Finance or other relevant majors or above;

2. Professional certificate：

   1. hold an accountant certificate of Hong Kong is necessary, hold a CPA, ACCA or CFA certificate is a plus;

3. Working experience:

   1. more than three years’ management working experience in futures, securities firms, Banks and other financial institutions;

   2. one years working experience in well-known investment Banks financial management;

4. Familiar with HKFRS and GAAP;

5. Have a wealth of financial management, capital planning, financing and capital market operation experience with strong financial analysis, decision-making and judgment skills; strong organization, management and coordination skills;

6. language requirements: fluent in Mandarin and English (written and oral).

1. 根据集团管理、内控要求，制定并完善公司财务管理及监控体系；
2. 负责公司财务核算与预算管理；
3. 负责公司资金运营计划、监控与管理；
4. 参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为企业重大经营事件、业务发展及对外投资等事项提供财务分析和决策依据；
5. 了解公司发展状况和需求，负责税务筹划；
6. 及时掌握相关财务政策并反馈总经理及相关部门；
7. 对公司计划财务部门的日常工作进行管理。

任职要求：

1. 教育背景：经济、审计、投资、金融或相关专业硕士以上学历；
2. 专业证书：须持有香港会计师证书，持有CPA、ACCA、CFA证书优先考虑；
3. 工作经验：三年以上期货、券商、银行等金融行业管理工作经验，一年以上财务管理工作经验；
4. 熟悉HKFRS和GAAP；
5. 具有丰富的财务管理和资金筹划工作经验，具备财务分析和判断能力、组织、管理、协调能力；
6. 语言要求：中文、英文流利。
