The incumbent will be responsible for the daily smooth running of the accounting departments in Hong Kong and in China, to ensure the financial reports and management accounts are compiled on a timely and accurate basis, and to oversee and plan for the financial needs of the business units/projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Accounting with professional qualification

- Not less than 12 years senior management experience as obtained from large audit firms and in commercial sector  

- Solid experience in listed company financial reporting, budget planning and control, financing and tax planning

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Travelling is required
