Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts;
• Prepare and review monthly management report, costing and financial report including sales and costing analysis at plant level for senior management;
• Prepare BOM’s variance analysis report on material & labour costs;
• Review and reconcile the daily accounting operation of Hong Kong office and PRC factories;
• Ensure daily accounting operation comply with proper policies and procedures;
• Maintain audit program and related documentation, and report audit findings to management;
• Co-ordinate the year-end stock count and ensure an accurate inventory record;
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business;
• 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/product costing environment with a minimum of 3 years of supervision experience;
• Student member of ACCA or HKICPA or other professional bodies;
• Computer literate and knowledge to run AS/400 systems;
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Travel to PRC factories is required;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
• Candidate with ample experience will be considered for higher position.
