Job Overview

This position is a senior management position in ECMS Southeast Asia Region, who manages all the financial activities in the Southeast Asia region (including South China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) and mainly with transactions in Hong Kong. The position will be based in Hong Kong, directly reports to the Regional CEO and functionally reports to Group CFO in Headquarters.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work very closely with Finance team in Headquarters as well as other regions’ Finance teams
• Responsible for all the financial activities in Southeast Asia region
• Accountable for the daily transactions In Hong Kong and South China
• Issue invoices to customers, handle vendors payables, and manage cash flow for the region
• Support human resources activities for expatriates
• Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Education and Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of taxation, financial systems, as well as foreign currency financial activities in Hong Kong
• Familiar with taxation for expatriates in in Hong Kong
• Overseas / International working experience is preferred
• Experience in logistics industry is preferred
