Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general company secretarial and corporate matters for Hong Kong and offshore companies
• Maintain and update company secretarial records and register
• Assist in preparing and proofing annual / interim reports, announcements and circulars
• Other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate or graduate of the HKICS; admitted ACS preferred
• At least 1 year company secretarial experience in listed companies
• Good knowledge in Companies Ordinance, with knowledge of Listing Rules is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-initiative, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good PC skills & Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Putonghua
