Responsibilities:
(Assistant Accountant)

• Handle daily accounting operations including but not limited to accounting transactions processing, reconciliations, etc.;
• Preparing journal entries, bank reconciliation and monthly reconciliation
• Prepare aging analysis and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Maintain the data in accounting system are up-to-date and accurate
• Handle the month-end closing and group consolidation in timely and accurate manner
• Assist in handling of budgeting, audit and tax
• Participate in reviewing and formulating accounting policy and procedures
• Assist in routine accounting support and other ad-hoc assignments
• Supervise subordinates to perform day to day accounting function

(Accounting Officer)

• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliation & monthly reconciliation
• Assist to complete month end closing & year-end audit
• Handle accounts receivable issues & prepare of aging analysis
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports to meet internal and external requirements.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• For Assistant Accountant, Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• For Accounting Clerk, LCCI Higher Diploma or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ solid accounting working experience
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle, multi-tasking
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience with Peachtree is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Chinese typing) and English, conversational Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
