Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance functions and maintain accounting operations
• Prepare full set of company accounts, audit and tax compliance
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reporting
• Prepare budgeting and variance analysis
• Manage cash flow
• Liaise with external & internal auditors and tax agents
• Involve in system implementation and process improvements for the company
• Advise management with sound analysis, planning and assist in executing corporate goals
• Maintain sound & effective internal controls
• Prepare annual financial statements, monthly & quarterly GM reports
• Manage company secretarial related duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting and Finance
• 7 years of relevant experience (2 years at a supervisory level) preferably in F & B industry
• Quickbooks experience required
