Responsibilities:

l   Handle full set accounts independently

l   Prepare cash flow monitoring report, monthly financial reports, management reports

l   Assist in reconciling inter-company balances and monthly consolidation

l   Stock and inventory control

l   Arrange & attend stock-take every month end & year end

l   Liaise with bank, auditors & other professional advisers

l   Assist in formulating accounting policies and procedures

l   Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

l   Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline, LCCI Level 2 or above

l   Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting, preferably in F&B background

l   Proficiency in MS office software

l   Hands on experience in using accounting software (e.g. MYOB)

l   Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

l   High level of integrity and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

l   Attentive to details, high level of patience, work independently

l   Effective time management and problem-solving skills

l   Immediate available is highly preferred
