Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of interim & annual reports and variance analysis for management
• Responsible for month end and year end reports
• Coordinate with professional parties such as valuer, bankers and external auditors
• liaise with tax representative in Macau for tax issues
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Travel to Hong Kong / China is required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with relevant professional qualification
• Qualified Accountant with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Able to work in Macau is preferred
• With experience in Macau construction company is preferred
• Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
• An energetic and proactive team player
• Good command of verbal and written English and Mandarin
